Eighteen years leading operations — nine at Target, then nine at VGM Group across five roles, most recently as Director of Operational Excellence. PMP and Lean Practitioner certified. I work with founder-led and mid-market companies in the middle of complex change — acquisitions, system implementations, restructuring, and growth that has outpaced the operation. The work is rarely just process or just systems, so I look at the whole operation, help the company move in the direction it wants to go, and help their people take ownership of the decisions that keep it moving.
